Testimonials

  • “I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with Annie over the past year, and she has been an incredible resource. As I transitioned out of the military, she provided executive coaching that was invaluable. I can’t thank her enough for the guidance, support, and leadership she brings to everything she does.”

Travis K, Former White House Medical Officer, Strategic Medical Planner, Individual Coaching Client

  • “First Road Leadership Solutions is an excellent leadership coaching and consulting firm! Like most senior managers and executives who seek guidance at some point in their careers, I needed professional coaching to help me “get through” my career transition. After completing a career that culminated in my position as a CEO, my lifework was done, my energy was depleted, and I was looking for a new start. Peter Glynn coached me on my self-reflection journey, helped me discover a new career, and gave me the spark I was looking for! It’s no exaggeration that my new thinking, leadership demeanor, and profession are the result of my work with Peter at First Road Leadership Solutions.”

  • “Annie has a way of taking a seemingly unsolvable problem, and through sensitive questions, eliciting a solution that is both practical and inspiring. I don’t know if I could have made it through my unexpected transition to a leadership role without her.”

Kerry B, Physician Assistant, Individual Coaching Client

  • “Annie was fantastic to work with. Her initial presentation was engaging and informative. She drew in our faculty. Annie was extremely patient and knowledgeable regarding the holistic admission review process and took the time to get to know us. She had evidence-based support for all she presented. Her proposals were thorough and highly relevant. Annie was readily available and willing to share her time with us when needed. Prepare to be amazed by her skills and innate talents.”

Don M, Physician Assistant, Education Consulting Client

  • “Through several individual sessions, Peter helped me process what was truly important to me professionally. He was non- judgmental. He patiently allowed me to arrive at my own conclusions for my career growth. At the conclusion of my sessions with Peter, I saw not just one, but several paths forward! Not only did Peter coach me through a professionally challenging season, he also provided me with tools to use as I consider opportunities in the future. If you are someone who desires to meaningfully grow professionally but aren’t 100% sure of which opportunities to move forward with, I highly recommend executive coaching with Peter!”

  • “Annie's presence and guidance during our coaching sessions was really helpful to my growth into a new leadership role. We discussed a diverse range of topics, driven by my own goals for professional growth, but with her perspective and apt questioning consistently leading me to a place of clarity and realization. Difficult topics, such as giving and receiving feedback, emotional presence and intelligence, and aligning time with one's own mission and goals - her coaching allowed me to frame things differently and set realistic benchmarks for growth in these areas. I am really grateful for her time and energy.”

Assistant Professor, Physician Assistant, U.S. Army Major, Individual Coaching Client

Within our very first session she'd picked up on things I had never considered, which ultimately helped me understand and overcome challenges in my role as director. She is warm and friendly, and so comfortable to work with, yet asks the deep and thought provoking questions, while also pulling from her own relevant leadership experiences. The impact has been long lasting as I find myself feeling more confident in handling tough conversations and decisions in my day to day work. Absolutely will recommend her to anyone who wants to take their career to the next phase!”
