Annie Wildermuth is a certified Leadership and Performance Coach who works with a wide variety of individuals seeking clarity, confidence, and intentional growth. Her clients include healthcare providers, academic leaders, military officers and veterans, small business owners, athletes, and sports executives—though her approach is tailored to meet anyone navigating complexity, leadership, or high-performance environments.
Annie’s coaching is grounded in deep listening, directness, and compassion. She’s known for “shining the light on the unseen parts of the iceberg”—helping clients explore what lies beneath their challenges so they can make practical, informed, and authentic choices. A skilled thought partner, she supports clients in navigating risk, making high-stakes decisions, and moving forward with purpose and integrity.
Trained and certified through Brown University’s Leadership and Performance Coaching program, Annie combines her coaching with a rich professional background. She is an Associate Professor and former Assistant Dean with deep experience in higher education leadership, research, curriculum design, and admissions strategy. Her decades-long work in healthcare—as an emergency medicine Physician Assistant and Registered Dietitian—has given her an unshakable understanding of what it means to lead under pressure.
Annie is also a trained facilitator and trusted education consultant, sought after for her expertise in leadership development, holistic admissions, and medical education. She is nationally recognised for her career navigation workshops, which guide professionals throughout career and financial life stages. She regularly delivers keynote addresses, graduation speeches, and motivational talks for national organisations, universities, and leadership groups. Whether on stage or in a coaching session, she brings energy, insight, and a deep respect for the personal and professional journeys of others.
Annie’s approach is influenced by her own lifelong relationship with performance and resilience. She is a former NCAA Division I rower, world champion equestrian, and former student manager for the University of Connecticut Women’s Basketball Team. Today, she channels that same drive into Ironman triathlons, endurance running, and a thriving coaching practice. She is a dedicated wife and stepmom, daughter, friend, and colleague.

Peter Glynn

Peter Glynn is a certified executive and leadership coach who brings over two decades of high-stakes leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to his coaching practice. A U.S. Naval Academy graduate with a degree in Systems Engineering, Peter began his career as a Naval Special Operations Officer. As an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) leader, he commanded joint-service teams through two combat deployments in Iraq, leading under pressure, managing risk, and training international military and law enforcement partners.
Peter’s leadership experience extends beyond the battlefield. Following his Naval service he completed his Master’s Degree in Security Studies at Georgetown University which led him to serve as a senior intelligence analyst at the National Counterterrorism Center. He currently leads and manages strategic technical programs at the U.S. Department of State where he directs an interdisciplinary team aligned with national security priorities. He is a trained facilitator who has led mission and vision, brainstorming, key assumptions, and other critical thinking sessions at all levels of the federal government.
Trained and certified as an executive coach through Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership, Peter brings authenticity, empathy, and presence to his coaching relationships. He creates a grounded, nonjudgmental space where clients can unpack complexity, navigate change, and move toward meaningful, values-driven action. A multisport athlete and military officer, Peter understands the drive for performance, the weight of responsibility, and the importance of alignment between one’s inner and outer leadership. He excels at coaching clients facing decisions involving risk and navigating different stages of their lives and careers.
Peter is passionate about serving professionals across government, non-profits, law, healthcare, small business, and athletics—including attorneys, business owners, early career professionals, healthcare executives, sports executives, and athletes. His coaching is informed not only by his professional journey but also by his personal experience as a coaching client, having benefited tremendously himself.
Outside of coaching, Peter is a dedicated husband, father, an avid cook, and someone who finds joy in building community and helping others thrive in moments of transition and growth. His mission is simple: to hold the weight for others to lead with clarity, courage, and purpose.
