Founded by Anne Wildermuth and Peter Glynn, First Road brings together deep expertise in healthcare, military leadership, higher education, government, and high-performance coaching.

Anne is a certified leadership and performance coach with decades of experience in healthcare, the military, academic leadership, admissions consulting, and medical education. She's also a speaker and process facilitator known for helping leaders lead with clarity, confidence, and connection.

Peter is a U.S. Naval Academy graduate, former Navy Special Operations Commander, and certified executive leadership coach. With a background in national security, military consulting, and strategic operations, he supports high-performing professionals through bold transitions and values-driven leadership.
